daytime
A few days or many, choose the amount of support that you need to feel ready to do it on your own. Some parents prefer a schedule of as many as 4-5 days a week for the first week or two and then a gradual weaning of support as they feel more confident and well rested. Others want only a few days after their baby is born. Every family’s needs are different. Either way, my aim is to work myself out of a job!

evening
Evening support can provide an opportunity for some evening-specific guidance or to get some extra rest during this unique, sometimes fussy, time of day. It can stand alone or be alternated with daytime support or overnights.

overnight
The main goal of overnight visits are to build in some longer periods of sleep for you. It can be a nice treat to have a break from keeping half an ear open for your baby's feeding cues. I'll do that for you — and bring your little one in just to nurse, gently wake you to pump, or offer your baby that feeding by bottle myself. Overnight visits are commonly 10pm-6am, but are designed around your unique needs. It’s helpful to have a few minutes to chat together before you head off to bed; catching me up on your day; giving you time to share how things are going; to share about the household tasks you’d like completed while you & baby sleep.
